By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products and services offered
We sell physical products and digital content, including but not limited to
Art prints and posters
Instant photo style prints described as Instax prints
Commissioned artwork
Books and book related content, including pre orders and early access materials
2. Artistic variation and product expectations
Our products are created from original artwork and may include artistic variation.
Printed colors may vary slightly due to differences in screens, lighting, and printing processes.
Instax prints are real instant film prints and may show small natural characteristics such as minor texture, softness, or exposure variation.
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
3. Pre orders and early access
Some items may be sold as pre orders.
Pre order dates are estimates and may change due to production, printing, editing, shipping, or other factors.
If a pre order is delayed, you will still receive the item when it becomes available.
If we ever cannot fulfill a pre order, you will be offered a refund.
4. Commissions
By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge
The final artwork is created in the artist’s style
You may request reasonable revisions only if your commission listing includes revisions
Major changes, new concepts, or added scope may require an additional fee
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed due to creative and production factors
All sales are final once work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing
5. Copyright and usage rights
All artwork, images, designs, text, and content on this site are owned by the artist unless otherwise credited.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright.
You may
Display the purchased item for personal use
Gift the purchased item
You may not
Copy, reproduce, scan, distribute, or resell the artwork
Use the artwork for commercial purposes, branding, merchandise, NFTs, AI training, or advertising without written permission
Claim the artwork as your own
For commissions
Unless explicitly purchased, commissions are for personal use only.
Commercial rights require a separate written license.
6. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Because many products are printed to order or created in limited runs, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or preference.
We will replace or refund if
Your item arrives damaged
You receive the wrong item
To request help, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We are not responsible for
Minor print variation in color or crop
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused after delivery
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Digital products and delivered downloads are non refundable unless required by law.
7. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
If a package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, you must contact the carrier first.
We may assist where possible, but we are not responsible for theft after delivery.
8. Order cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within a short window after purchase if production has not started.
Many items are produced quickly, so cancellations may not be possible.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.
10. Community and conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access for harassment, fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

FAQ CLARIFICATION FOR THE BOOK
The novel does not currently have a publish date and pre-sales cannot be canceled or refunded.
The novel will include the images printed within the pages. It will not include physical instant film prints.
