Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Because many products are printed to order or created in limited runs, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or preference.

 

We will replace or refund if

Your item arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item

To request help, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

 

We are not responsible for:

Minor print variation in color or crop

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused after delivery

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

 

Digital products and delivered downloads are non refundable unless required by law.

 

FAQ CLARIFICATION FOR THE BOOK

The novel does not currently have a publish date and pre-sales cannot be canceled or refunded.

The novel will include the images printed within the pages. It will not include physical instant film prints.
