Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

If a package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, you must contact the carrier first.

We may assist where possible, but we are not responsible for theft after delivery.

 

Order cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within a short window after purchase if production has not started.

Many items are produced quickly, so cancellations may not be possible.
